By qualification I am a Lawyer and a Company Secretary. Other than my vast experience and expertise into Legal, HR and Secretarial matters in various big-brand corporate and MNCs, I am a Softskill Trainer, Author, Inspirational Speaker, Spiritual Facilitator, Mentor for Competency Improvement, Behavioral Coach and Innovation Consultant.

India, I am also an accredited and certified Practitioner in Neuro
Linguistic Programming (NLP). I have also been certified in various Behavioral
and Leadership programs like, ‘The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People’,
‘Dr. Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats’, ‘Presenting with Presence’, and
‘Situational Leadership’, etc. I have also been accredited with a White Belt
Certification under Lean Six Sigma methodology and techniques in Business
Project Management.
I am also associated with various Charitable
Organizations and support several Social Initiatives. I am the founder
